Vyxel lite is a multi-domain CRM designed for businesses across
different industries to manage leads, customer communication,
call logs, records, team collaboration, and related workflows.
The application is intended strictly for authorized business users.
Data may be stored locally on your device and securely on cloud
servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
2. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and job title.
- Account Data: Login credentials, username, and authentication details.
- Business Data: Leads, client contacts, records, notes, attachments, and interaction details entered into the app.
B. Information Collected via App Permissions
To provide core CRM functionality, Vyxel lite may request access to
the following device permissions:
- Call Log & Phone State (READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG, READ_PHONE_STATE): Used strictly to identify incoming/outgoing business calls, track duration, and log customer communications automatically within your CRM workspace.
- Microphone & Call Recording: Used to record business calls for quality control, training, and record-keeping (only when explicitly initiated or enabled by the user/admin).
- Location Data: Collected only for specific business workflows such as user login verification or field attendance marking. We do NOT perform continuous background location tracking.
- Calendar Access: Used to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sync CRM reminders.
- Storage & Files: Used to upload documents, attach media files to lead profiles, and save recorded call audio.
- Notifications: Used to deliver CRM alerts, follow-up reminders, and task updates.
Note: You can control or revoke these permissions at any time via
your device settings, though some features may become unavailable.
C. Information Collected Automatically
- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs to monitor app stability.
- Log Data: IP address, access timestamps, and network connectivity state for security auditing and troubleshooting.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly for legitimate business operations,
including to:
- Manage leads, client relationships, and business pipelines across multiple domains.
- Automatically log customer calls and interactions into customer profiles.
- Record and store calls where explicitly enabled by your organization.
- Verify user attendance or check-in location (when enabled).
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access security.
- Synchronize business data across devices and team members.
- Send operational alerts, reminders, and system notifications.
- Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data
to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- Within Your Organization: Data entered into Vyxel lite is accessible to authorized team members and account administrators as defined by your organization's role settings.
- Service Providers & Sub-processors: We share data with trusted infrastructure providers (such as Amazon Web Services - AWS) solely for cloud hosting, data storage, and app functionality.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your organization maintains an
active Vyxel lite account.
Upon account termination or explicit deletion requests, associated
data is securely deleted or anonymized within
one (1) year, except where longer retention is
required by law.
6. Data Security
- HTTPS / TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Secure infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strict role-based access controls (RBAC) and authentication.
- Regular security assessments and operational monitoring.
While we take industry-standard precautions, no method of electronic
transmission or cloud storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Breach Response
- Take immediate containment and remediation measures.
- Conduct a thorough forensic investigation.
- Notify affected account administrators and regulatory authorities where required.
8. Your Data Rights
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Permission Withdrawal: Revoke app permissions at any time via your device settings.

Vyxel lite is an enterprise CRM application designed solely for
business use. It is not intended for children under the age of
18 (or 13 depending on jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes
in legal requirements or app features. Continued use of Vyxel lite
after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
